Ditria Rose was picked up in a small town for drug possession. She is shocked to find out that anyone caugh with drugs is hanged the next day without trial. While in shock she is also told that she will be naked and the whole thing will be filmed. After snapping at the sheriff she is left to sleep in the cell.

The next day the sheriff takes Ditria to the gallows where she is told to strip down. Once she is naked, Ditria's ankles are cuffed and her hands are cuffed in front of her body. Then Ditria is led to the top of the gallows.

Once on the gallows the noose is placed around her neck and Ditria is blind folded. The Sheriff tells her not to grab the rope when she is hanged. The sheriff leaves the scaffold and Ditria's sentence is read. The sheriff pulls the leaver and Ditria Rose drops through the trap door. Her neck does not break and she begins to slowly strangle. A few time Ditria tries to grab the rope, but the sheriff forces her hands away. Ditria foams at the mouth and her tongue protrudes. Ditria pees herself and the urine streaks down her legs into a basin. Ditria finally dies. After the hanging Ditria's body is carried to a table. The sheriff plays with her tits and her feet.
